Introduction to Exercising
Exercising is something that is practiced all around the world.
The definition of exercising is doing an activit that requires physical
effort and improves health and fitness. There are many forms or ways
to exercise. For example: running, biking, swimming, weight lifting, dancing, etc.
Some times you may be doing a form of exercise and you may not even realize it.
For example: when you'ren doing yard work like raking, digging, and gardening,
stretching various parts of your body, or doing yoga.
